| 15:00 – 17:00 | Race number and goody bag collection at BEST Centre Sports. If you’ve rented a wetsuit, you can collect it here. Late registration also available during this time. |
| 17:30 | Technical meeting & race briefing at Universal Hotel Romantica, Colònia Sant Jordi. Highly recommended for all participants. |
Saturday, 22 May 2027 – Race Day

| 07:30 – 09:00 | Race number and goody bag collection continues at the Expo Zone – Port Colònia Sant Jordi. Don’t forget your wetsuit if you’ve rented one! |
| 08:00 – 09:45 | Transition area open. Drop off your bike. Once your bike is in place, you will receive your timing chip from the staff. |
| 09:30 | Quick race briefing at the start area. |
| 09:45 | Mandatory athlete check-in with judges at the beach start zone. |
| 10:00 | Race starts! |
| 11:45 | Winner expected at the finish line. Enjoy massage, food and drinks at the expo zone. |
| 13:30 | Official race closure. |
| 13:30 – 14:00 | Awards ceremony & free paella for all participants. |
| 15:00 | All bikes must be removed from the transition area. Timing chips must be returned. |
